Postage and Handling
All items are sent via courier, therefore we require a physical street address for delivery (sorry no PO BOX's) and someone will be required to sign for delivery unless you advise us during checkout that the item is ok to be left without a signature.
Your order will be despatched within 1 business day of cleared payment and will take between 1-3 business days to be delivered. This time may be longer for SA, NT, WA and regional areas. All items are shipped from Sydney, NSW.
Please also ensure your delivery details are correct on checkout and within your Paypal account (if using).
Returns
Returns for replacement / refund will be accepted in cases where the order arrives damaged or defective, or if the item fails for its intended use during the manufacturer's warranty period. In the case of an item being dead on arrival (DOA) you must contact us within 14 business days to arrange a replacement / refund. If it's outside this time frame then it will be assessed on a case by case basis.
In the case you simple change your mind, we will accept the item back and offer a full refund on the provision the item has not been opened, no manufacturer seals broken and in the exact condition as received. You will need to contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item in this case and return postage will be at the buyers expense.
